This is the kind of fan that Bubzbeauty encourages...
I have heard Bubzbeauty talk about all manner of disgusting things over the past year, including "keep your fingers in there/that's what she said", "we teabagged you", and "chonny is the sex machine"
so it's no suprise to me that she is encouraging this type of young girl to also be vulgar. the girl says that Bubzbeauty is "she's my fave makeup guru on here."
[WARNING: IN THIS VIDEOTEENAGE GIRL SHOWS USED SANITARY PAD ON YOUTUBE FOR ATTENTION FROM GUY]
And before you spare me that "Bubzbeauty never asked to be anyone's role model" rubbish, Bubz has taken length to preach a lot of Christian values on her twitter channel, has she not?

I agree that bubz does seem like a role model because of all these values she goes on and on about in her videos and twitter, but her dirty-minded side also comes through so yh wtf?

im not sure if bubz encourage this kind of girl but this girl is just an attention seeker, dressing provocative and using indecent language. can be TV/medias influence, like celebrities.
bubz dont dress too provocative but yes she does use those language and cam whore quite a lot, oh and grabbing guy's crotch (ref to videos).

In all fairness, every celebrity or youtube personality has a crazy fan like that. An attention whore with nothing better to do with their time. I agree that she can be a little provocative but she's not exactly encouraging fans to whore themselves out online. I've never seen bubz hold up used sanitary products.
We shouldn't blame Bubz for that just because she makes a few silly, dirty jokes. I don't approve of them being used when there are so many young girls that watch her, but you should hear some of the innuendo that kids shows come out with these days (Victorious, iCarly to name a few).

While I do agree that Bubzbeauty can be quite provocative and a tad bit of a bad influence.. *Points at her vid of her literally humping a ball for mychonny's channel* And I still cannot get over the fact that she thinks it's completely alright to make it look like it's okay to live with a man unmarried AND be Christian, when clearly these two things just cannot go hand in hand. At all.
But I doubt this girl is a fan of hers. Bubzbeauty may be a little vulgar/dirty, but she's never gone as far as showing private things as such.. Even though she can shamelessly talk about her panties on facebook lol.
Commented by someone on that girl's vid;
"So I just read that comment you posted on Bubzbeauty's "Controversy" video. Do you own a mirror? As if your nose is that much better than Bubz's. & she's a whore? Haha it's funny that you'd say that, that girl doesn't do anything close to whoreish. You're the one showing a dirty pad on YouTube & talking about a guy's big dick. Lol, you're so dumb."
May be she's only claiming to be a Bubzbeauty fan to get out of this. Who knows. Meh. But honestly, everyone has a mind of their own, nobody can influence you unless you allow them to. =\

Yeah - I don't think it's fair to blame Bubz for someone else's actions. Even though she makes dirty jokes or has some questionable actions (chonny, weird videos that including baths etc), I really don't think this is something she'd encourage or endorse. A lot of people think she's fake for acting holier than thou and constantly shoving God in her posts, but that is at least a little better than acting crazy or promiscuous (I say little because some people really can't stand her mention of religion, but lesser of two evils, I suppose).
Someone else left a comment about that video in YouTube about their proposed theory about why this girl displayed that disgusting pad for everyone to see. It sounds insane but more spot on (ie the boy this girl is referring to has some sort of weird fetish) compared to Bubz influencing this girl to act like a nut.

First of all, Bubzbeauty has no actual responsibility over how other girls act.
PERIOD.
PEEEERIODDDD.
EVEN PARENTS can't help the way their kids act sometimes.
It's not only funny to blame others in influencing idiots to act like idiots, it's also stupid.
Girl in the video is an idiot.
Bubz can't help that. BTW the stuff you pull out isn't even that bad. Dry out your wet blanket, why don't you? She's a sexual girl, it shows through, sue her. BTW I cannot stand Bubz so this really sn't me defending her, I'm just defending sexual makeup gurus cuz there's nothing wrong with that. You guys haven't even seen what vulgar is if BUBZBEAUTY is vulgar to you...God, grow up

LOL...
"And I still cannot get over the fact that she thinks it's completely alright to make it look like it's okay to live with a man unmarried AND be Christian, when clearly these two things just cannot go hand in hand. At all."
You guys are so pretentious and living in a box, eh?
People have different priorities in life.
Even if she is a Christian, she also has a right to do whatever the @#$%^ she wants. You need to GET OVER IT. lol. And maybe her version of what it means to be a good Christian isn't your version. Get the @#$%^ over it.

If people have other priorities in life than to follow some of the most essential things said in the Bible.. Sure, she can do whatever she want, it's her life, but then there's no need to preach and go on about how Jesus is her priority. What makes you Christian is practicing your religion and at least following one of the most important basic rules, anyone can be born with a religion and call themselves one.
There's no 'this and that' version of being a good Christian, what's been said in the Bible has been said. I'm no Christian and neither am I religious. And honestly, it ticks me off when someone says "you're living in a box / you're old fashioned", doesn't matter if we're in the 21st century, a religion doesn't change.
And it's not like I'm trying to be nosy about her personal life? Lol. She's the one who goes on about how Christian she is. She should just keep it to herself if she doesn't want people questioning her lifestyle. And sorry, but what's been strictly forbidden has been strictly forbidden, it isn't going to change no matter what your 'version' of being Christian is.

I wish i could give you a pat on the back or something, your so right with everything youve said (and other things) your just like me, neither am i religious, but i agree, i think everyone, religious or not should know this, and also she doesnt give a second thought about her fans when she's preaching about religion, some of her fans will be christians she's sending out the wrong message to them, they may think that whats she's doing is ok when it isnt.

Look, dont come on here swearing at people, do you know what a forum is? its a place where people have discussions, it isnt a place to argue, if you dont agree you dont agree, you dont have to come on swearing and behaving like a child when you dont agree with someone's opinion.

Re: This is the kind of fan that Bubzbeauty encourages...
This is the way I see it.
When Lindy was living in northern Ireland, she was living with her parents. She then moved to Hong Kong in order to further her career opportunities. I know her Dad went with her for a short time but at the end of the day her parents run their own business and have other family so they couldn't stay with her. The most logical thing would be for Tim to live with her. If I had a child who was moving to another country indefinitely, I would much rather have her long term, friend of the family, boyfriend be living with her and looking after her than be on her own.
I'm sure if they were still in NI they would still be living with their families. It's just circumstances.

I'm not at all criticizing her for the way she chooses to live. Like I said, it's her life, her decisions, of course. My own brother is living with a woman unmarried, I don't necessarily think it's the right choice at all, but as much as he interferes in my life (and I let him, because being my family, he has the right to), I've never pointed a finger at him for the way he lives. But if he were to come up and go all religious mode on me, I'd be like "Whoa, back off a little.. You're living such a sinful lifestyle yourself, with what right are you preaching me?"
We don't know the circumstances, we don't know her on a personal basis. I'm just talking based on what she's made public. And if her religion was as important to her as she claims, then no reason would be good enough. And according to the Bible there are no exceptions either, no excuses. I'm sure she'd be aware of that.
It's actually a good thing for someone to share their faith with people, specially knowing how many young viewers watch her, but what good is it if on the other hand, she's making something as such public that goes completely against faith? Just comes off as being pretentious..
I'm sure people would have their own opinions on the matter but this is just one of the main things that kinda put me off of her. =\

Your welcome iRawr
It just really annoys me when people attack other just because they dont agree with them, there's millions of people who dont always see eye to eye, but doesnt mean they should resort to swearing, thats what gets to me about people who call us haters, arnt they doing the exact same thing hating on us? people should just realise they share a different view point.
Not just that at least try and understand the others opinion, its pretty simple really we are pretty much saying you shouldnt preach about something and then go against what your preaching against, now thats not very hard to understand, i guess it really is alot of younger people who come here to argue, or mainly younger people.

Alright, the swearing is a habit--I'm sorry about that.
After a while, the criticism and the justification by it gets to me. Especially because none of these people on YouTube really should be our true role models.

Thank you for apologising, thats very nice of you, at least you are nice enough to do that.
It really isn't chriticism, its just an opinion, which isnt right or wrong, i love bubz, she's actually the only beauty guru i am subbed to, but there is things about everyone that can annoy us, there are things my best friend does/has done, that really annoy me, now i agree people on Youtube shouldnt be role models, but sadly thats what they are, young girls/guys look up to them, whenever anyone gets famous thats what they become, especially when they appeal to the younger generation, and wheather we like it or not thats what they will be, and bubz gives out advice too so she knows herself that she's a role model.

Thanks for the apology ~ And it's okay lol.
I actually like Bubz, like rainierainie, she's the only Guru I'm actually subbed to on all of her channels. I enjoy her videos as much as some of them may be awkward to watch at times. XD Overall, I like her personality. Her childishness and all. I don't look upto her as a role model though. Though I know most of her subbers do, and she did expect it to turn out this way. On her official FB fanpage, she mentions something like; "My real purpose is to make YOU."
Honestly I've never really thought of critisizing her lifestyle, I didn't see a problem with her living with her boyfriend. Because hey, it's her life. And if her family doesn't have an issue with it, then who is anyone to judge her? ...Up until she brought up religion. Of course, everybody sins in their day to day life but there's a level of seriousness. Don't get me wrong though, if it wasn't for her to go all preachy mode then I wouldn't even have given this a single thought lol.
It's kinda like how rainierainie said in one of her posts, she should try to keep her personal life personal if she doesn't want people talking about it. =\

If bubz never gave adice/ preach about her reilgion then I would say she can live her life how she wants to because she doesn't share/have (because we wouldn't know) morals and she is a grown woman. But she does, so she kinda brings it upon herself.........

I think everyone can agree that the girl in the above video is nasty. However, I honestly think she's just using Bubz as a scapegoat really. I mean its true that sometimes Bubz does questionable things but its not like she's flat out telling her fans to go out, be pervs, and post gross videos. The only person that girl can blame is herself.

First of all: concerning the video, although I do know that Bubz can be kind of crude sometimes, despite her religious background and preachings, I don't think she can be blamed for the way this girl acts. I know plenty of girls who are fans of people morally more sound than they are, yet they still go out and do these promiscuous, wrong, unethical, etc. things. There are so many other factors here to blame some yucky girl's actions on. So, I don't really think being a fan of someone really has *that* much influence on the fan, considering all the other things that could be compelling them to do certain things.
Now - a user brought up the idea that religion is static, that every religion should be the same as it was centuries ago. Sigh... I know that is generally what is assumed of a religion, and usually, if someone identifies themself as Christian, or Roman Catholic, or whatever, one would assume they meant "the regular" Christianity, or Roman Catholicism, etc. However, I know a few people who still identify themselves as a certain religion, while maintaining certain values from other beliefs. For example, my own boyfriend identifies as Catholic; however, he does not believe in the Bible simply because, let's face it, much of the ideas about human and Earth history are a little bit outlandish. Instead, he believes more in the scientific theory of Earth/the Universe's creation, while still holding true the idea of some kind of loving, omniscient entity. He does not believe it is a he, a she, or even an it - just something there, that he can put his faith in. The point I'm getting at is: in this constantly-changing world and society, there are very few things that may remain the same. Growing up in an age defined by science and less religion, we may be taught a certain way in Church, but also taught a certain way in school. Some things just come together that may not be traditional, but if that person can group together these unconventionally combined concepts, and stand strongly in that belief, that I say power to them. My main principle is stay true to what you believe, no matter what you believe. Everything is always changing; the only constant is change.
(I am not religious, by the way - simply a person open to faith and believing).

Society changes. A Holy Book isn't going to change though, nor its rules. Not everyone can follow every single thing said in a Holy Book, but someone who apparently seems to give it so much importance would at least try their best to at least follow one of the most important basic things. You can't pick and choose.
Believe it or not, even in this day, a LOT of people strongly disagree with sex before marriage (including Athiests).. I don't think it's something that would change with time, it doesn't always have to do with 'religious reasons'. But each to their own. I've said this in my previous posts, maintaining boundaries with the opposite sex until marriage is one of the most, if not THE most important rules for Christians/Catholics.
Though I do agree with your post to some extent. Apparently in the Bible, it's been said that women aren't allowed to wear men's clothes; such as pants. Although I can understand the reasons why this has been said, who would follow that in this day? Not much people. However, there is a level of severity. Living with the opposite sex without marriage, having sexual relations with them and/or living with two men under the same room seems a lot more serious than for a woman to wear pants.. Since the Bible emphasizes way more on that subject, and is 'strictly forbidden'.
I'm not religious either. And I think I'd hold a little more respect for someone that doesn't claim to be religious, doesn't preach about walking with Jesus and has sexual relations with someone before marriage.. Than for someone who preaches and yet does all these things. It's just too pretentious in my opinion. =\

I'm with iRawr, Lindy is more vain than many people realise. It's almost as if she wants the Christianity is a part of her image than her lifestyle.
