haha we must have opposite tastes. I like it! Not completely sold on the shoulder fringe but she is known for those types of outfits. It fits her personality pretty well.

However, Blairs dress just seems bland. Idk what her accessories were or if she had shoes that made a statement but idk, it seems like she could have done more.
