Elle's Skincare Routine

what did you guys think? i wish she'd shown how she applies it, but i like the fact that she seemed very down-to-earth.

I feel like she's getting the tiniest bit more honest. I only ever use an occasional mask and my Yes to Cucumbers moisturizer on my skin, though, I would never use that much product on any part of my body, and I have really dry skin. :/ I don't know, I feel like soaking your body in chemicals will have some bad repercussions later...

I think she's getting more honest in her videos and this was kind of helpful.

I was reading some of the comments and I saw one along the lines of this: "the wash is 25 and the cream is 200???"

I'm all for clear skin and everything, but really? 200 bucks on a skin cream when you can find a drugstore brand that works just the same?

This video wasn't all that bad. I think she looked very pretty in this one, idk if it was different makeup or lighting or whatever, but she didn't look so blah like she usually does

I couldn't help but notice the views on her videos, though. Some are struggling to break the 300k mark, and the drugstore foundation one is just barely over 100k. I wonder if people are starting to realize..?

soooo many of the comments are about their cellaris comp. people are pisssed

but i like the video and i appreciate that she's honest about the products and their prices. i'd rather see what she really uses than her pretending to use drugstore brands
if i had that kind of disposable income i'd use all high end product too

I've used Pervonia. It's not worth the money.

I use Kaia House now and lovvvvve it.

i honestly had no problem with the video but i would never sit and watch the whole thing. one of the main reasons i don't like her and blair is their obnoxious subscribers. seriously their comments make me sick

its kind of sad too because they think that she really cares about them but in reality she just sees $$$$$

I feel like Elle sees that people are starting to realize shes getting money hungry. And I do see that shes starting to get back to how she was when she first started doing videos for the fun of it. I hope this isn't just an act though.
Ive always like her more then Blair, and this video reminded me why. She stated several times that the Skinsonic was free and even said if you own a Clarisonic don't buy the Skinsonic because they're the same thing.

Different products work for different people. These could be her products, no big deal.
I didn't feel the need to exit this video, I watched it all the way through. I didn't really feel like she was trying to sell us something. Yes maybe the Skinsonic a bit, but hey it's a transition.

I watched the vid and you're right, she is a little better than usual.

I really liked the video. I think she looks pretty, especially her skin looks amazing - I wish I had skin that good!

Too bad part of the video was sponsored, but I didn't mind that much. She clearly stated that she got Skinsonic for free and I appreciate that she introduced it to her viewers. For me the video was helpful, I think I'm going to buy Skinsonic if the shipping to my country doesn't cost too much.

Personally, I really enjoyed the video. Would I actually buy the products she uses? No way. Way out of my budget. But I found her to be more genuine in it compared to her other videos or even Blair. Blair put up a video also and she was talking like a chipmunk- too much, too fast, and too high. Seriously, calm down, take a Xanax or something... Also, I really liked that Elle didn't buy that full sized moisturizer because it is outrageously expensive

lol because she does that constantly. she shoves things in your face telling you she uses it every day omg btw this video is sponsored and then you never see the product again.

The thing that I really liked about her video was that it seemed less paid programming-y; I liked the fact that she said talked about the cream being really expensive, so she just bought the small bottle. Maybe its just me, but her talking about how the product was expensive made her seem... more real and relatable, in a way. Also, the fact that she told us "Hey, this Mario Badescu thing really doesn't work, its not very good" and "The Skinsonic is pretty much the same thing as the Clarisonic, so if you have the Clarisonic, don't bother buying the Skinsonic" felt refreshing. I understand that the Mario Badescu product will work for some people, but it was kinda nice to watch a video where she didn't try to convince us that the world is made of cotton candy and sprinkles, if you know what I mean.

That skinsonic thing looks like a piece of crap, even worse than the Olay one she mentioned. Nothing will ever be a match for the Clarisonic.
