"My Life Isn't Perfect" Video
Meganheartsmakeup did this too. However, I'd like to think she was much more mature and genuine with her demeanor and such.
Thoughts on ahanhbarbie's version?

I don't know which video was more heartbreaking but obviously these girls are being really hurt by this forum. Maybe this forum will get more attention once someone kills themselves? Is that your goal????

Re: "My Life Isn't Perfect" Video
The goal of this forum is not to make someone kill themselves,
that's like saying all gossip magazines are aimed for that too.
It's just a place for the viewers to talk about who were are watching.
Notice there is a rave about a guru section also.
And if the girls feelings are hurt because of this forum,
then they aren't mature enough for the internet and real life.
Not everyone is going to like them.
Not everyone is going to kiss their ass.
There are people who will judge you and talk about you.
But that's just life.
Get over it or get out.
That's my two cents..

she deserves it
I just think if she can't handle it then why is she putting herself up to be judged?!!! She ask for attentions, she deserve it! People will always have opinions. She doesn't have the wisdom or grace to handle it.

Re: "My Life Isn't Perfect" Video
You don't have to have grace or wisdom to handle something like this! Are you kidding me? How do intelligence and grace have anything to do with this!?! Reasonable critics are acceptable but constantly hating on someone for no reason is not. A lot of the things that are said on this forum are not acceptable. It is easy to sit in front of a computer screen and judge and criticize people you do not even know when you have no idea of what these people have been through. Would you be able to ignore harsh critics, hateful comments and threatening messages on a daily basis? I would not... a lot of people would not! These girls obviously did not put themselves themselves up to be judged! It is pretty obvious that ahanbarbie started making videos just for fun!
You might no like her personality (and she definitely has a strong one) or they way she talks or they way she dressed and that is fine ... but, since you are talking about being mature, how about YOU start acting mature in the first place and simply ignore her.

And Megan is only 15. I really can't imagine someone at 15 having the ability to absorb such hate without it having some type of negative outcome or reaction.

Re: "My Life Isn't Perfect" Video
what does Megan being 15 have to do with Hanh who is an adult?
Hanh tried to make money but picked the wrong job. She's made more money for less work but she only wants positive crticism not negative. Unfortunately thats not how fame works. That's why a lot of people drop out of acting/media jobs when they decide they don't like being famous. She should leave youtube and people won't talk about her anymore, good or bad.

if she had any class she wouldn't burp on camera. that girl who hated her in high school probably couldnt stand the stench any longer after Hanh had been burping in class all day. Hanh just gets on peoples nerves like that
NewDawn1- Guest
Re: "My Life Isn't Perfect" Video
I don't mind her burping. We all do it; it's natural. I do not see burping as scandalizing at all lol Let her have fun, and - again - if you don't like her, simply do not watch her. It is just as simple as that
Also, I would not make assumptions about her or her life if you do not personally know her.

First off, I'd like to say that I'm not subscribed to this guru. I watched a couple of her videos, and just couldn't get into it. I think there's something about her face that doesn't appeal to me.
Second off, I do agree. When people put themselves out there for the world to see, they have to be ready to take in all the negativity. People are judgemental and behind a computer screen, saying rude, ignorrant, and hurtful things are easy. Of course people wouldn't bash on her in real life... If she cannot understand this concept, then it maybe time for her it's find a new career.
I don't know why these negative comments are getting to her. she should learn to let the haters be haters, and move on with her like. They're just words. geez. people take shit to personal. In fact, if she doesn't like the comments, she should disable them

Re: "My Life Isn't Perfect" Video
Idk much about her, I don't watch her videos usually but I think this goes for all gurus. It's one thing for people to come on this site to talk about gurus but it's a totally different thing to try to harass them on twitter, facebook, or youtube. I don't think anyone should try to send them hateful messages instead I would say just come to this site and if any of these gurus choose to come to this site to read what people are saying then so be it, but no one is responsible for them doing that besides themselves it's their choice just like watching videos of gurus we don't like is our choice. Putting themselves on youtube was obviously their choice as well, I'm sure they wanted to be on youtube to be liked not dislikes but obviously that's not how life in general works, especially when you purposefully put yourself out there to try to get attention so now they have to live with the consequences of their actions whether it be good or bad, they want to continue to be on youtube for fun, money, fame, admiration so they need to stop bitching, it's the price you pay. Every action has a reaction and it can be good or bad or both good and bad, that's that, there's no changing it.
These gurus are responsible for putting themselves on the internet and they are responsible for taking themselves off of it if they choose, if things were truly bad for them do you really think they'd continue to be on? If what people are saying are depressing them or causing them pain them I'm sure they'd be off but either it doesn't bug them all that much but are looking for other people's pity or they do care but want to get paid so they stick it out. If it's the former then they need to shut up already because again it's their choice to continue on and if it's the latter then they still need to stf up cuz it's their responsibility to quit if their well being is at stake instead of selling themselves for some quick cash instead of just being an average person with an average job that requires more than just sitting there or they need to not let people they don't know get the best of them, they were most likely insecure before they went on youtube (hence the reason why they probably wanted to be on youtube- for attention and praise from people who want to be like them and think they're cool) and obv. the internet is no place for the insecure. If you burned your hand on the stove would you keep putting your hand on the stove? Not unless you're a complete idiot so if you come to this website or if being on the internet is going to mean getting burned by other people then stop if you can't handle it!
not done with my thoughts but don't want to write an even longer essay so bottom line "haters" refrain from direct contact, if you want to bitch it out come here (same goes for "fans" that want to bitch every now and then) and if there are any gurus reading this then either stop coming to this site or stop making videos bottom line, there's no other way around it. If youtube is a job then accept the job with the upsides and downsides, either way you'll always have to in life and if you haven't learned that yet then it's a good lesson to learn now.

Mods...by u deleting these comments it shows how u promote hating...
How old are you kids? Grow some self esteem and you may learn how to stop finding negative things in others and concentrate on becoming a leader not a follower. Some of yall need a good whoooping!!!!! The funny thing is you are just giving more shine to the youtube gurus and making yourself look insecure.

Honey, self-esteem is not something that's grown lol ( just wanted to clear that up). Secondly, I'm not a follower... I'm a just a girl with an opinion, and until the first amendment changes, I have the freedom to speech
The point here isn't to take the shine away from the guru's, but to subtlety give our opinions about things that we find concerning. I can't figure out why this will make us look insecure?
Didn't mean to go off on a tangent.

Re: "My Life Isn't Perfect" Video
First of all, let me clarify, I do not condone any of the harassment or bullying. And many on here feel the same way, so it's unfair to lump us all together into one stereotype. I don't think anyone should have to deal with that.
However, life isn't all sunshine and roses, and some people need to learn that. Every job has it's pros and cons. With Youtube, comes criticism, and people are going to discuss you and your videos. Isn't that the idea???! To get people talking about you, to come view you, so you can make money??!! If they really hate it that much, they should probably find another job. But if they want to stay on Youtube and keep whining about the "haters", that's their choice.
Also, if you follow Hanh on twitter, you can see she's been lashing out more and more. And like she said in the video, she admits she has a temper and does get pretty nasty with some of the things she says. One thing she should realize, in that case, you are dealing with trolls and they are just looking to get a rise out of you and it's better to just ignore them. As for constructive criticism, most Youtube gurus need a lesson in gracefully accepting it without flipping out. When it's meant to be positive and constructive and is not ill-intentioned at all and you lash out at them it just makes you look bad.

Re: "My Life Isn't Perfect" Video
i noticed someone (not me) tried to ask her to explain in the comments why she was lashing out on Americans but all Hanh could say was "you crazy I am an American" and try to make that person look foolish and all her fans thumbed up the comment. In summary, Hanh does plenty of name calling of her own, it is not proven that Hanh is a slut, but then again it was never proven that MJ was a pedophile but that didnt stop her verbally attacking a man who just died...
maybe a case of what goes around, comes around

never really watched any of her videos... following her on twitter but can't remember why... watched her "my life isn't perfect video" because of this thread.... and all i have to say is,
wow. grow up. i'm like 2 minutes in and i can't stand hearing her talk. she's saying she doesn't understand why people want her to be a role model, well guess what, you're a role model whether you like it or not. you became a role model the minute you put up your first stupid video. not listening to one more second of this junk. megan seems more mature than hanh, even though she's almost a decade younger. jesus.

Just because you say hate is inevitable does not mean that it is okay to participate in it. It is still unacceptable to spew hatred, spread hurtful rumors, or make someone, a fellow human, feel terrible. Just because the gurus participate in an online community that is open to public opinion, including criticism, does not mean that they do not have a right to be angry about vicious people attacking them. We can all strive to be better;less hateful;more loving. Just because hate exists does not mean that we should give up on trying to prevent it.

Re: "My Life Isn't Perfect" Video
These forums do affect the gurus badly. But in reality no one is going to always be nice to you or like you. If I was her or any guru for that matter, going on here to read what we say about them? I would never do that. What you don't know can't hurt you. And when you start getting "famous" then your bound to have fans and haters. You don't just get fans and no haters; you get the whole package. A penny for my thoughts!

i know tht theres the people here tht are just here to give there 2 cents on things and are not meaning it in a bad way, but sadly there are the things on here the are rude and things tht shouldn't be said. I know tht you guys can take the things people say but some of these gurus things are being said tht are a bit rude and ya know we have to try to be nicer.

Sadly what you are asking is impossible. What one considers to be "nice" and what one considers to be "rude" is all determined by perception and interpretation. It's extremely subjective. For example, a lot of people find the word "@#$%^" to be extremely offending (as it's basically degrading women) whereas I find the word "@#$%^" extremely funny when it's not used in an obviously insulting manner.
Everyone on this forum can candy coat everything they say and someone still is going to get all offended and get their panties bunched up.
