blair/elle forever 21 clothing line.

I live in Australia and i was reading a magazine a couple months and it was going on about how bloggers make big buck etc etc blah blah blah... and then it went on to say also "leading on to bigger opportunities... sisters blair & elle faux pas names.... blogging experience has led to them landing their own line at forever21"

i searched this up on google but nothing relevent comes up...
just wondering whats the truth to this - as it was printed in a magazine, it this their oh so secret reason for moving to LA?

Well F21's headquarters are in LA, so it's highly possible. It also lines up with all those "meetings" the girls have been going to. And that being said...

I'm honestly not surprised. They've shopped at forever 21 for a long time (although have stopped recently) so I would not be surprised at all if forever 21 reached out to them, considering all of the free publicity they've gotten.

To be honest, I went to forever 21 like a year ago (there isn't one near me), saw a top, thought "I know someone who has this - who!?", realized I saw it in one of Blair's hauls, hung my head in shame and then left. This was before I heard about the GG website, but I mean I was always a little skeptical of their tutorials and such....so if they got through to me somehow they've probably given forever21 a lot of business!

Did you guys ever notice that whenever you say something mean like a hater comment, there is always some goody2shoes that is like oh you're just jealous, or whatever. Well I'm starting to think I am jealous of them. They are so popular now. Almost like celebs. They are being sponsered by SO many places! What next, Dollar tree! lets just count all of the possibilities to how they are so rich . . .
1. Youtube partner for main channel and vlog channel
2. (maybe) the new faces of Mark Cosmetics ( if they are gonna be the new faces what happened to ashley greene)
3. (maybe) A new clothing line at forever21
4. (maybe) A new television series
5. being sponsred by 900000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 companies
6. too many more to write . . .
BTW I also heard that lizzy's dad was some rich doctor or something.

Do they seriously need more money?? They are gonna earn so much money in the next few years for sitting in front of a computer. Think about that, SITTING IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER. They are talentless and greedy little girls who gets their asses kissed by low end companies

hmh I don't get why thats a horrible thing to be quite honest :S I mean i thought their biggest fault is their lying.. If they would bring out t own clothing line it would be something they like wouldn't it?.. And they have aldready proven that they like forever 21 They brought so much stuff and wore also.. even when they weren't big on yt and back then there couldn't have been planed out something.
There are way more celebrities that promte clothes they surley wouln't buy or ever did buy in the past. :S:S

It's horrible because they clearly have a bad sense of fashion and the last thing we need is to see their face plastered everywhere.

They had a brief affiliation with Forever 21 (I think this got misconscrued in the Australian press) but I highly doubt they are going to come out with a line for them. Forever doesn't seem to collaborate with anyone of any notoriety. Both girls' have such a terrible lack of fashion sense. The thought of them designing for any company or brand is enough to make me cringe. No one I know has ever heard of these girls. 95% of the people who watch their videos are little girls.

Forever21 is not hurting, there's no reason for them to put Elle and Blair on the payroll, they're making bank on free advertising via all the gurus.

Why am I not surprised? Actually, to be honest, they're the ones that got me into Forever 21. I used to not shop there because there wasn't one in my town. But when my mall finally decided to build one, I thought, "Hey! Elle & Blair are always doing hauls, I should check it out!" and from then on...I fell in love with that store. What can I say? It's cheap, cute, and in style. I can't tell you how many times a day I will get compliments on a dress or something from F21 that I only paid like, $10 for. Sad to say, I even own a couple of the things Elle & Blair have shown in hauls because I saw them in the store myself (the items) and couldn't pass them up.

I'm an Aussie too.... Which magazine was this? The article sounds familiar in a weird way.

omg i'm soo sick of hearing their name with the word CLOTHES!! they have absolutely NO NONE fashion sense at all. Sometimes when I see Elle at events I wonder who dressed her!! They are cute girls but FASHION? heck no!

In one video I remember Blair saying she would but an entire outfit that a Mannequin was wearing.... yeah. How are they gonna come up with ideas for clothing... oh wait. They're not. They're just gonna put their names on it like Miley Cyrus, and all celeb perfumes.

I would be happy for them if they didn't get where they are today by lying to everyone. They are pieces of shit that scratched, clawed and used everyone to get where they are. They have no guilt and feel they have done nothing wrong. Their parents should be embarrassed, maybe they are? Maybe that's why their mom doesn't want to be seen on video. She has 2 daughters that are successful only because they lied and scammed everyone to get where they are.

I don't want this to turn into a book so short version, they went to NY and bought a high end skin care line. Elle raved and raved that it was the best thing since sliced bread for dry skin. I have dry skin so I bought it. Almost immediately Elle does a new video with a new skin care line saying she really didn't like the other one. She said it didn't really clean her face. I never would have bought that line if she didn't rave about it and in the end it didn't work any better then drug store products.

Elle has no guilt that people trust her opinion and spend good money for products that she quickly ditches. Sorry for the long rant. I just don't understand people that can go through life and only think of themselves and have no conscience. I unsubscribed to both of them. Lesson learned.

considering how much they push the store i wouldn't doubt it. But forever 21 isn't exactly high fashion or fashion at at. It's cheap clothes marketed to teen girls, exactly what they're good at doing. They have zero fashion sense, so it'd be fitting to a typical mall chain store. Not dissing forever 21 they have there place for inexpensive items, but it's pretty insignificant in the world of fashion.

Ugh. That would just be taking things too far. When they started out they were supposed to be makeup gurus, so why do they do so much fashion stuff when they clearly have terrible style?? It would be annoying if they actually did come out with a clothing line, but I doubt it's true. Why would Forever 21 do that? They do fine on their own without having to resort to a clothing line with Lizzy and Lisa.

Well, Elle and Blair have a lot of designer clothes, don't they? Which means that they have expensive taste. The most expensive things in Forever 21 are like $30, so expensive-looking things designed by Elle and Blair for less than $30 can only be a good thing, right?

IF this was true, they wouldn't be expensive looking clothes. They'd be pink, tacky, bedazzled "trend" pieces. Elle and Blair only have expensive stuff because they have the money, not because they have good taste.

And, if they actually sign off on pieces, their entire line will be lagging behind the real trend because these girls are never frontrunners.
