This is really pi**ing me off... I can't believe how upset people are getting over her. It's not like she completely changed the song or anything, it hardly sounds any different. She did a great job and it sounds beautiful yet people are trowing her under the bus.. it makes me sick to my stomach!

ya i saw that. i actually posted it to my facebook. i think she did a beautiful job and she's an american so she can sing it however the hell she wants.
she changed a few notes but the melody is basically the same

When I first heard about it I had half expected that she was rapping or something... but it hardly sounds any different! People need to grow up!

Also gotta remember it depends on where you live in the States. If you live in one of the 'patriotic' states(I'd say Texas and Indiana are two) and you dont sing the national anthem EXACTLY, you'll get throw under the bus.

But all in all, she's not bad.
