Some girl reuploaded some of Justin Bieber's old youtube videos.
She didn't get it trouble.

Don't worry, you won't get sued. The most youtube will do is delete the video and send you a warning (in the case that you are violating any rules/laws). You will not get your account banned/suspended if it's your first time uploading something that violates the video's copyright although if you do it repeatedly, you probably will get banned. Hope that clears things up!
