it's not an idea she invented, I've seen it all over the place.

Firstly...look at her skin...she is NOT makeup free. I've seen many photos of her sans makeup and her skin doesn't look like that naturally. She obviously has foundation on and granted it's blended well but anyone who knows anything about makeup knows that she's wearing foundation.

The lighting isn't weird in that video like she claims and if you see her after she rinses her face, her skin looks WAY lighter and you can see freckles and uneven skin tone. Why even caption your video as she did? It's not like she has bad skin...

You are right, I can't believe I never noticed it in the video. In the beginning, it's obvious that she isn't bare skinned because her skin is way too even and just looks like she has foundation. Then the video goes to the actual tutorial and her skin is completely different, she's much lighter and her freckles are very apparent. I'm honestly starting to think this girl isn't well in the head, someone needs to place her in the looney bin.

It is more than obvious that she wears foundation at the beginning of the video. But I don't think she claimed not to? She just mentioned that because of the lighting you can't see the freckles, so maybe usually you can see her freckles even with foundation on. I think this was somehow far-fetched to prove anything about her, just focus on the huge and harmful lies.

What are you talking about? She clearly has makeup on in the beginning and claims that you can't see freckles because of lighting. Why would she go out of her way to edit that into the part where she is wearing makeup? Kandee wears a lot of foundation and powder. There's no way you can see her freckles when she has that caked on.

You can also tell she's wearing foundation, no powder though, because the color doesn't match her neck and her eyebrows are a funky color. Looks like she's also wearing a bit of blush. Here are three screenshots from the video. The first she is wearing foundation, the second and third she is not. The third you can see she doesn't have freckles. If she does they're very faint.

That video came out when I was still a fan of hers...I remember the comments and that's why that video in particular stuck out. A few times people asked her if she was wearing foundation in the beginning. She told them that she wasn't and it was just the lighting and the only reason the skin looked different after the scrub was because it removed all the dead skin cells and got her blood in her face flowing.

Doesn't she realize you're supposed to exfoliate clean skin? Seriously as a makeup "artist" shouldn't she know that exfoliating skin that is dirty, especially skin with caked on makeup is not only going to be ineffective but also can clog the pores worse? Obviously her fan's don't realize it. Many commented how they didn't realize freckles were bad and how they were in a panic to get rid of them now.

I haven't watched the video, but based on the screen shots, you can tell that she's got some foundation on (looks like MakeUp Forever or something with a similar texture/finish).

Even if Kandee is a liar, there is no reason to get upset about it...

Girls, I just want to let you know that I am praying for you. Why? Because the thing that go on on this board with hurtful things about Kandee and her family -- it all contributes to the negativity in this world.

Even if you firmly believe or even have evidence that she or they or Debbie (MUAinTheMaking) or Christina Cleary are presenting themselves as something that they are not, I pray that you will Let it Go. God is the judge over all of this and will sort it all out.

You are all beautiful at heart, I just know that -- spending so much time on feeding in to negativity and even going so far as to dig up personal details on others is quite over the top to me. I hope you know that God loves you and that he will forgive you if you turn to him now, ask him for forgiveness for your involvement in this, and then turn away from this behavior.

It will be HARD at first. Things like this can be addictive. Misery loves company, and people unfortunately tend to connect more quickly when they have hate in common.

I don't even know what that acronym stands for, but I suspect it's an insult of some sort....even if Kandee lies, everyone does. No one is perfect.

Wow. It's ok for her to lie, everybody does, and nobody is perfect yet you have the gall to come HERE and preach? YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE. Sounds like you are excusing her behavior.

Let me tell you somehthing Ms. Hallelujah, it is not ok. It is not ok to con people, or be a fraud, or to lie, cheat, and steal. You know why? Because it leads to societal decay. It creates a world that is not real, but instead based on schemes and lies. I personally do not want to live in a world that is based on someone's bs. Do you know where people who lie (about products and finances) such as Madoff, Agape Corp., tax evaders, etc. end up? They end up in jail. Do you know why they end up in jail? Because it is not ok to lie and defraud, that's why. Ms. Kandee is set to soon join their ranks.

What I am saying is that even people who lie need prayer. In my opinion, they need it even more for the very same reasons that you listed. Of course it is not acceptable, but it if we choose to hate those people rather then care for them and try to help them, we are only perpetuating the problems that you described.

If you think Kandee is so messed up and a liar, why not reach out in a different way? Maybe make a video asking her directly to address some specific questions that you have. Put yourself out there like she does and see if she responds. I know that people say she has not responded to posts on her FB and twitter, but I can't find a single video of someone asking her straight out about the issues everyone seems so pre-occupied and concerned with.

She see's the comments on her facebook and twitter. She see's what's written here on this forum. Making a video is still not going to encourage her to tell the truth. She'll merely have someone send a fake legal request to have the video removed.

I totally will, Cece. I guess I'm just wondering why no one has TRIED to make a video. It doesn't make sense to me...if they disbelieve her so much and want answers. A video WILL get attention and could go viral. I have faith that Kandee would set things straight if she were confronted in this way...but I understand that people may not be willing to do that. Every time somebody tries to post a video just stating FACTs, the crazy Kandee fans go nuts. Threaten, freak out, defend this woman they don't know. And then jesus's own little sparkle angel fairy comes down and threatens the wrath of defamation of character unless the video is taken down. It's been attempted.

Not sure what you are implying Andyberg, but I have not put any videos up on YouTube. I don't want the attention - nor do I have a bone to pick with anyone the way you and many others do. I was just suggesting it as a way to possibly receive a response. My, you have a lot of anger. Poor precious heart.

Haha! Nothing I posted was angry. I was just mocking how you view Kandee. She makes me angry for falsely representing herself. People like you make me sad because you're so easily swayed; by a pretty face, the "protection" of being overly religious, and by a moral pedestal that you believe makes you better.

My heart is just fine, thank you. My heart volunteers at the local SPCA and two homeless shelters downtown every single week.
And it's not because I'm trying to reach an unobtainable ideal of a man that existed 2000 years ago, it's because I like to better myself and surroundings through my own accord.
