Incredibly stupid tweets

What the heck is up with Elle posting the stupid tweets these days?

"I really want a baby duck, but I don't know if I could have it in my apartment. maybe Ill get a fish, or a lightning bug. whatcha think?"

"maybe i should just start a little garden! maybe I will discover I have a green thumb and I can become an amazing gardenist and write books"

...become a "gardenist" and write books? WTH? These are so obviously fabricated, but so incredibly stupid.

Yeah I mentioned that tweet in the "Allthatglitters21 is already feeling claustrophobic in Las Angeles" thread because I couldn't believe she was serious!

A duck. In an apartment. In LA. She MUST be pretending to be stupid - she has to know that no landlord would ever allow that ANYWHERE. (Well, maybe in Tennessee...hahaha) but still.

But I'm probably just giving her the benefit of the doubt.

It's not far fetched she wants to write a book because everything is Lauren Conrad and ghostwriters write those books anyway.

Yeah, also, she must know that "baby duck" isn't an animal, but rather duck is. Baby duck becomes adult duck. She is definitely pretending to be stupid. I'm pretty sure Twitter has live spell check also...gardenist would have been flagged.

Is liking Lauren Conrad a bad thing? Did I miss this memo somewhere?

I like LC but there is a point of liking her and stalking her. I think Elle and Blair on the point of basically copying LC's life. and that's just creepy.

i dont think copying lauren conrads likes is creepy. i think its sad and pathetic. i copy kim kardashians makeup and i copy other stars fashion choices, but they copy lauren conrad too much. blair and elle call themselves trendsetters (its on their channel page) and copying lauren conrad is not trendsetting.

No, it's not a bad thing. But there's a difference between liking someone and doing everything they do.

uh, liking someone does not equal being obsessed with them and stalking where they live, play, watch on t.v., work, shop, and then trying to recreate it all for their own life! Elle Woods/Lisa Fowler is obsessed with Lauren Conrad.

she is DEFINITELY dumbing herself down. if you watch her videos from when she was in college she never acted like that. she's trying to get younger viewers by acting stupid and immature like blair does. but you can tell that's blair's real personality, to act ditzy and mess up a lot. but when elle does it, you can tell she's "acting" and it's sooo obviously fake! kinda sad if you ask me.

I know right! It just makes then even more fake than they actually are. I mean it doesn't look so bad on Blair because you can imagine her acting like that in real life but Elle? Isn't she supposed to be older and more mature? It's a shame young girls look up to Elle and Blair I mean I suppose there is good things about the pair of them but it's all covered by how fake they actually are!

Did she just tweet that she woke up and passed out from hypoglycemia? Unless you have diabetes, that doesn't "just happen" to a healthy girl. I noticed elle getting thinner too esp in the wrists...is she starving herself? I understand wanting to be thin but...passing out is a little frightening. Maybe it's the "fat" comments people get or maybe it's the stress she's under but really...That poor girl... She wasn't even fat to begin with.
