For any of the gurus out there, no matter how ugly they are you can't judge a guru on what God has given them, so I would never critisize a guru on her beauty (Or lack thereof)

I don't like Bubz because of her make up skills, amongst other things, her make up skills are not great at all.
She doesn't cater to her viewers: Teenage girls. She rarely uses cheaper high street stuff (Even Pixiwoo uses things from superdrug, and tesco make up if I remember correctly) and always uses things like Laneige and Mac. For a teenage girl who has no rich family to pay for her, buying things like that is difficult.
Another problem of her is that her creativity is extremely limited. It's either smokey eye and nude lipgloss or sheer eyes and pink lip gloss. Wing eyeliner, nude lipgloss, white in corner of eye, strong brows. That's it. Also, her t shirt line and skirt line is not the price of what they should be, they're too expensive and uncreative.

Personality wise, I just don't like how immature she is for a 23 year old. I can't even be bothered to list the reasons why.

i use to love watching her.. until she "changed" -- moved to HK, clothing line, chonny/shimmy, acting opportunities, buying 2 apartments.. all her makeup looks LOOk the same.

even my bf was like "wtf are u watching?" -- he kinda pointed out that bubz was acting a bit 'magibon" -- she spent like a minute pretending to be cute infront of the camera before the actual tutorial

i liked the old bubz more, when she was back in ireland doing good skincare reviews. i missed that.

yeah i get what you are saying, a lot of what she says these days sounds like she is just covering for herself to keep a good public image, after all the changes she is making to her videos and pictures to make herself look 'perfect', she wants to make sure she still seems 'down to earth' to her subscribers, but it's becoming more and more obvious she is no longer that sweet, innocent 'girl next door'... in fact her ego has already begun expanding to the point where it may have reached the level of michelle phan's some day soon

and replying to what you have said about the one who started this thread is likely to be bubz: I can still see some of her blind bat fans coming in to have a go at us for having no life and spending time online to insult people....BUT NO, same case to those who were ex fans of bubz and MP, there used be reasons those people and I liked them, and now we don't like them because of things they did as a bad impression of themselves which put people off....

I've never really hated her, just hated how shes always avoided showing her entire face on her HD camera.

To be honest, I don't really hate Bubz, I just dislike how hypocritical she is and used the excuse to go to Australia as a "meet and greet" but really it's to hang out with MyChonny...but besides that, she's okay. She just need a slight personality adjustment.

I don't hate bubz or any other guru's for that matter. I have some disrespect for there decisions though and how they are acting towards Youtube. Bubz though has done nothing wrong to me nor have I seen her do anything wrong to anyone else, fair enough she is slightly immature for her age but that's her choice not mine.

Gosh I hate that "cuteness" she pretends to have. For one, she was copying another guru ( who I can't stand equally ) on a consistent basis. I'm talking, in your face copying. That knocked off a lot of points.
Secondly, she got REALLY fake, REALLY fast when all the attention focused on her.
Third, she's all about her money and flaunting it to her viewers. Gloating in a way I suppose. Its rude and makes her look arrogant.
Fourth, HER FUCKING VOICE. YOUR VOICE. IT'S LIKE BABIES ARE RAKING THEIR TEETH DOWN A CHALKBOARD AND SCREAMING AT THE SAME TIME. ( Which is weird, I didn't mind her accent till I started to dislike her. )
Fifth, she oogles the camera for ages before she starts the tutorial. Mind you, all her make up tutorials are the same.
Sixth, what is UP with her too afraid to show her face in HD? Come on Bubz! We KNOW you're human!

It just makes me so frustrated because I thought I could relate to her more than Michelle Phail but it turns out I can't. She's just as hypocritical. I did used to like her makeup looks. Unfortunately when I got into the industry I realized they aren't that good and the quality of the videos and the way she explains isn't that great. Its why I don't enjoy them.

Bubz is by far better than Phanny though. x_x I'd watch her over Phan any day. I think Bubz can redeem herself if she acts a little more real in those 'for a reason' videos, and maybe stops eye fucking the camera like you said. I wouldn't mind watching her again, she's just becoming more and more fake.

Yeah I think Bubz would be able to redeem herself if she acted more real in the 'for a reason' videos. The fact she acts so immature in those is like how can she expect people to take her seriously? Especially when it's not only immature but annoying as well.

I second that, there are worse Gurus on Youtube but the "cuteness" of Bubz annoys me. She's not that bad of a person though I'm sure, her Bubbiosity channel is random but amusing. She's not all that bad.
